Sana “batah” käytetään 1 Chronicles 05:20, Ps 4: 5, 09:10, 25: 2, 31: 6, 37: 3, 37: 5, 40: 3, 52: 7, 52: 8 , 55:23, 56: 3, 56: 4, 56:11, 62: 8, 91: 2, 115: 9, 115: 10, 115: 11, 119: 42, Proverbs 3: 5, 29:25, Isaiah 12: 2, 26: 4, Jeremiah 17: 5, 17: 7 ja Hosea 10:13. Psalmi 62: 8 sanoo:

Jumalassa on pelastukseni ja kunniani. Hän on luja kallio, hänessä on turvani.

Mibtah.

Mibtah” on toinen käytetty heprean kielen sana Vanhan testamentissa, joka liittyy uskoon. Se tarkoittaa “luottamusta, confidence” tai “luottamus … turvallisuus”. Se tulee heprean sanasta “batah” aiemmin mainittiin. “Mibtah” löytyy Psalmi 40: 4, 65: 5, 71: 5, Sananlaskujen 14:26 ja 22:19. Psalmi 65: 5

Hasah.

Toinen tärkeä Vanhan testamentin heprea sana mikä liittyy luottavaiseen uskoon on “hasah”. “Hasah” tarkoittaa tai “etsiä turvaa, paeta suojaan ja siten kuvaannollisesti laittaa luottamusta (Jumala), uskoutua, toivoon (Jumala tai henkilö) ‘. “Hasah” käytetään 2 Samuel 22: 3, 22:31, Ps 02:12, 05:11, 7: 1, 11: 1, 16: 1, 17: 7, 18: 2, 18: 30, 25:20, 31: 1, 31:19, 34: 8, 34:22, 57: 1, ja monia muita.

Galal.

Heprean sana ‘Gaalalin “tarkoittaa” vahvistaminen … luottamus … pyörittää “.  “Galal” käytetään pyörittää itsensä Herraan ja niin luottaa Herraan (Psalmi 22: 8) tai sitoutua jokin käyttäytyminen tai elämä Herralle (Ps 37: 5 ja Sananlaskujen 16: 3). “Galal” käytetään Ps 22: 8 sillä ennustus miten Messias täysin luottaa ja sitoutuu Jumalalle: “Hän luotti Herraan, anna Hänen pelastaa hänet; vapahtakoon Hänet, sillä hän on mielistynyt Hänessä!

Mahseh.

Mahseh on keskeinen Vanhan testamentin Heprean sana mikä liittyy Raamatulliseen uskoon. Se tulee heprean sanasta “Hasa” mikä aiemmin mainittiin. “Mahseh” tarkoittaa “turvapaikan, suojan” tai “hakemaan turvaa. Se ehdottaa, että ihminen on avuton ja vaarassa ja ryntää löytämään turvallisen piilopaikan”.

Sana “mahseh” käytetään Psalms 14: 6, 46: 1, 62: 8, 71: 7 ja 91: 9 ilmaista, että Jumala on meidän täydellinen turva joille voimme luottaa täysin.

Yahal.

Toinen Vanhan testamentin heprean sana mikä liittyy uskoa Jumalaan on “yahal”. Se tarkoittaa “odota, viivyttele, odota verran”. “Yahal” käytetään Job 13:15 Jobi Jumalasta: “Vaikka hän surmaa minut, mutta minä luotan Häneen …” ja 2 Kings 6:33 kuningas Israelin kun Syyrian armeija oli piirittäneet Israelilaisen pääkaupungin Samaria, jossa ihmiset näkivät nälkää. Näissä kahdessa tapauksessa, “yahal” koskee luottaen Jumalaan kärsivällisesti ajanjakson ajan vaikkapa on suuria vaikeuksia.

Rechats.

Heprean sana ‘rechats “tarkoittaa” luottaa, laittaa yksin häneen luottamus “ja sitä käytetään Daniel 03:28, kun se sanoi, että Daniel kolme ystävää luotti Jumalaan. Ne luottivat Herraan siinä mielessä että olivat täysin uskollisia Hänelle, kieltäytyvät palvomasta sitä epäjumalan kuvaa minkä kuningas Nebuchadnezzar asetti ja uhkaili polttaa heidät elävältä.

Emunah.

Emunah Habakuk kirjassa 2: 4

Roomalaiskirjeen 1:17, Paul lainaa Habakkuk 2: 4 olevan keskeinen jae, joka liittyy uskovaisille uuden liiton alla olevalle armolle:

 Sillä se Jumalan vanhurskaus ilmestyy uskosta uskoon; sillä kirjoitettu on “vanhurskas on elävä uskosta.

Habakkuk 2: 4 todetaan: “… Mutta vanhurskas on elävä uskosta.”

Jumalan valtakunta epäuskon aikana

Jumalan valtakunta epäuskon aikana on monenelle suuri haaste järjestää elämä uudestaa arvo järjestelmään.  Oikea järjestys mikä perustuu arvoihin ja usko Jumalan valtakuntaan. Sillä ne ketkä eivät usko Jumalan valtakunnan olemasa oloon, niin sen perustella sitten Jeesuksen elämän filosofia oli harha oppia.

Mikä on joulun todellinen merkitys?

Joulun todellinen merkitys on rakkaus. John 3:16-17 sanoo,

“Jumala on rakastanut maailmaa niin paljon, että antoi ainoan Poikansa, jottei yksikään, joka häneen uskoo, joutuisi kadotukseen, vaan saisi iankaikkisen elämän”.

“Ei Jumala lähettänyt Poikaansa maailmaan sitä tuomitsemaan, vaan pelastamaan sen”.

Joulun todellinen merkitys on rakkaudesta tämän uskomattoman teon juhla.

Todellinen joulutarina on tarina sitä, että Jumala tulee ihmiseksi Jeesus Kristuksen hahmossa. Miksi Jumala teki sellaista? Koska hän rakastaa meitä! Miksi joulu oli välttämätöntä? Koska me tarvitsimme Vapahtajaa! Miksi Jumala rakastaa meitä niin paljon? Koska hän on rakkaus itse (1 John 4:8). Miksi me juhlimme joulua joka vuosi? Kiitollisuuden ulkopuolella sitä varten, mitä Jumala teki meidän puolestamme, me muistamme hänen syntymisensä antamalla lahjat, toisillensa, palvoen häntä ja ollen erityisen tietoinen köyhistä ja vähemmän onnekkaista ihmisistä.

Jumalan valtakunta epäuskon aikana

Joulun todellinen merkitys on rakkaus. Jumala rakasti omaansa ja tarjosi tavan—ainoa tie— meidän kuluttaa ikuisuutta hänen kanssansa. Hän salli ainoan poikansa ottaa meidän rangaistuksemme meidän synneistämme. Hän maksoi hinnan kokonaan, ja me olemme vapaita tuomitsemisesta, kun me hyväksymme tuon ilmaislahjan rakkaudesta. “Mutta Jumala osoitti omaa rakkauttansa meitä kohtaan tässä: samalla kun me olimme vielä synnintekijöitä, Kristus kuoli meille” (Roomalaiset 5:8).

Vanhoilla tavoilla voi olla syvät juuret

Vanhoilla tavoilla voi olla hyvinkin syvät juuret, juuret mitkä menevät satoja tai tuhansia vuosia menneisyyteen historiassa. Ihmiset usein, ketkä elävät kiirettä elämää nykypäivänä, harvoin tulee edes mieleen että heidän elämän tavat voivat olleen saaneet alkunsa satoja vuosia ennen heidän edellisissä sukupolvissa. Ja jälkisukupolvet vain toistavat niitä samoja elämän tapoja ja henkeä mihin ovat syntyneet ja oppineet pienestä lapsesta lähtien kotona, ensimmäisen 5 vuoden aikana.

Nuoren lapsen aivojen toiminta, 0-5 vuotta ei kykene säätelemään tietoa mikä tulee ympäristöstä, se tieto vain virtaa ja lapsi imee sitä omaan sielun elämään niin kuin sorsan poikanen imee itseensä ympäristön elämää.

Suomen kultuurin juuret

Suomen kulttuurissa on oma historia, henki ja tarina suhteessa 4000 tuhannen vuoden historia. Suomen alueella on ollut oma ympäristö, ihmiset ja henki mikä on vaikuttanut ihmisiin syvällä tavalla, niin syvästi että muutokset ovat todella hitaita omaksumaan mitään uutta sen jälkeen mitä on oppinut 5-10 vuoden aikana elämässä. Se sitten sitoo ihmisen sille samalla tielle mitä esi-isät ovat toistaneet lapsille sukupolvelta sukupolvelle. Siinä sopassa saattaa olla hyviä raaka aineita ja haitta aineitaseassa, mutta soppaa se on ja se soppa kyllä maistuu hyvälle syöjille.

Jos vertaa Suomen kulttuuria esimerkiksi Länsimaihin missä puhutaan Englanti kieltä, niin siinä huomaa suuren eron miten kansa suhtautuu eri uskontoon.

Englanti on maa mikä sijaitse Iso-Britannian saarella.

Iso-Britannian saarella on todella pitkä historia ja siellä on ollut monenlaista vaikutusta. Varhaisimmat tunnetut todisteet inhimillisestä läsnäolosta alueella, jota on nyt kutsuttu Englanniksi, olivat homo edeltäjä, ajoittuen suunnilleen 780,000 vuoteen, sitten. Vanhin proto-human löydetty Englannissa, arvioidaan olevan 500,000 vuotta sitten. Nykyaikaiset ihmiset tiedetään asuneen alueessa ylemmän paleoliittisen kauden aikana, vaikka pysyvät siirtokunnat vain perustettiin viimeisen 6,000 vuoden kuluessa

Jääkausi.

Jääkauden jälkeen vain suuret nisäkkäät kuten mammutit, biisoni ja villainen sarvikuono jäivät Iso-Britannian saarille,. Arvioiltaan noin 11,000 vuotta sitten kun jäätiköt alkoivat etääntyä, ihmiset uudelleen asuttivat alueen; perinnöllisyystutkimus esittää, että ne tulivat Pyreneiden niemimaan pohjoisosasta. Merenpinta oli silloin alempi kuin on nyt, ja Iso-Britannia on maitse yhdistetty Irlantiin ja Euraasiaan menevä silta. Kun meret nousivat, se erottui Irlannista ja Euraasiasta 10,000 vuotta sitten, kaksi vuosituhatta myöhemmin.

Pikarikulttuuri ja Stonehedge.

Pikarikulttuuri saapui eKr., noin 2,500, ottaen käyttöön juomisen ja ruoka-alukset, jotka oli rakennettu savesta, sekä alukset, joita käytetään vähenemiskattiloina kuparimalmeihin. Se oli tämän kauden aikana, jolloin merkittävät neoliittiset monumentit kuten Stonehenge ja Avebury konstruoitiin.

Tinaa ja kuparia.

Lämmittämällä tinaa ja kuparia yhdessä, jota oli runsaasti siellä alueella pikarikulttuuri ihmiset tekivät pronssia ja myöhemmin silittivät rautamalmia. Rautaisen sulatuksen kehitys salli parempien aurojen, antolainauksen maatalouden sekä tehokkaampien aseiden tuotannon rakentamisen (esimerkiksi, kelttiläisten kenttien kanssa)

Roomalaiset hyökkäsivät Iso-Britanniaan 43:ssa jKr. keisari Claudiusin hallituskauden aikana, myöhemmin valloittaen suuren osan Iso-Britanniasta, ja alue sulautui Rooman valtakuntaan kuin Britannia:n maakunta. Tunnetuin alkuasukasheimoista, jotka yrittivät vastustaa Catuvellaunia, oli johdettu Caratacusin toimesta.

On väittely, kun kristinuskoa otettiin ensin käyttöön; se oli ei myöhemmin kuin 4 vuosisataa, todennäköisesti paljon aiemmin. Beden mukaan Eleutherius lähetti lähetyssaarnaajia Roomasta Iso-Britannian päällikkö Luciusin pyynnöstä 180:ssa jKr. sopiakseen erimielisyyksiä mitä tulee itäisiin ja länsimaisiin juhlamenojärjestyksiin, jotka häiritsivät kirkkoa.
Roomalaiset sotilaalliset vetäytymiset jättivät Iso-Britannian avoin pakanallisten, merta kulkevien soturien suorittamalle miehitykselle luoteisesta Euroopan mannermaasta, etupäässä kulmat, saksilaiset ja juutit, jotka olivat pitkään hyökänneet roomalaisen maakunnan rannikkoihin ja alkoivat järjestää, alussa, maan itäosassa.

Yule ja Joulu.

Yule on englanninkielinen nimitys muinaisten germaanien talvijuhlalle. Kuukalenterin vuoksi yulen paikka vaihteli joulukuun alusta tammikuun alkuun. Kristinuskon leviämisen myötä Yulen sisältö korvattiin kristillisellä sisällöllä, Christ-Mass (karistuksen-kokoontuminen) mutta Suomessa juhlan nimi on säilynyt Yulesta suomennettuna jouluna.

Joulun ajankohta on muinaisen roomalaisen kalenterin talvipäivänseisauksen päivämäärä. Suomen kielen sanat joulu ja juhla ovat ruotsalaisia tai skandinaavisia lainasanoja. Sana joulu tulee alun perin ennen kristinuskoa vietetyn talvipäivänseisauksen juhlan muinaisgermaanisesta nimestä.

Englannin kielessä sanaa yule käytetään nimityksen Christmas (”Kristus-messu”) rinnalla tai asemasta. Suomessa kaikki keskitalven juhlaperinteet ovat olleet joulu-nimellä. Suomen kielen sana joulu on skandinaavinen lainasana, joka juontuu keskitalven juhlan muinaisgermaanisesta nimestä.

Joulu tai joulupäivä (muinaisenglanti: Cristesmæsse, tarkoittaen, että “Kristuksen Mass”) on vuosijuhla, joka juhlii Jeesus Kristuksen syntymistä, huomioi yleisimmin joulukuulla, kun, uskonnollinen ja kulttuurinen juhla, miljardien ihmisten joukossa ympäri maailmaa. – Wikipedia.

Mitä eroa on Yule juhlalla ja Jeesuksen syntymä juhlalla?

Yule on vanha tapa muinaisten germaanien talvijuhlalle, siinä saattaa olla paljon perinteistä ihmiselle luonnollista luonnon kunnioitus uskontoa. Mitäpä muuta ihminen uskoisi kuin sitä minkä keskelle on syntynyt, mitä kuulee, näkee ja havaitsee aistien kautta.

Jeesuksen syntymä päivä juhlaa kunnioitetaan monella eri tavalla. Yksi niistä on adventti.

Adventti (lat. adventus Domini, ”Herran saapuminen / tuleminen”) tarkoittaa joulua edeltävää vajaan neljän viikon jaksoa kristillisessä kirkollisessa kalenterissa seurataan. Läntisten Kirkkojen kirkkovuosi on keskiajan lopulta lähtien alkanut ensimmäisestä adventtisunnuntaista, joka on aikaisintaan 27. marraskuuta ja viimeistään 3. joulukuuta. Adventtisunnuntait ovat neljä joulua edeltävää sunnuntaita. Jokaisena sunnuntaina sytytetään adventtikynttilä.

Uskonto vai valtakunta?

Uskonto käsitys tarkoittaa Kielitoimiston sanakirjan mukaan uskoa jumalan tai muun yli-inhimillisen mahdin olemassaoloon ja siihen liittyvää pyhyyden kokemusta. Usein uskonto on muotoutunut oppijärjestelmäksi ja ilmenee erilaisina yhteisöllisinä tapoina ja palvontamenoina.
Uskonto voi olla on monelle myös harha tie, sillä uskonto ympäristö voi olla hyvä tiedon lähde elämän kokonaisuudelle, mutta uskonnon rituaalit eivät kykene pelastamaan ihmistä. Uskonnon rituaalit ja tavat voivat tuottaa paljon hyviä tapoja, ainakin antaa tilaa välttämään siinä mitassa huonoja tapoja, kunnioittamalla omaa tuntoa ja Jumalan pelkoa. Jumalan pelko tarkoittaa sitä että on henkisellä tasolla kuuliainen Jumalan moraaliselle laille.

Jumalan valtakunta.

Jumalan valtakunta on sitä mitä Jeesus edustaa maailmassa, se oli hänen elämän mission. Hän opetti miten tulee rukoilla. Siinä rukouksessa on kaksi kertaa sana valtakunta, siitä voi lukea miten Jeesus suhtautui Aabrahamin, Iisakin ja Jaakobin Jehovan valtakuntaan.

Isä meidän, joka olet taivaissa!
Pyhitetty olkoon sinun nimesi.
Tulkoon sinun valtakuntasi.

Tapahtukoon sinun tahtosi,
myös maan päällä
niin kuin taivaassa.
Anna meille tänä päivänä

Uskoa vai epäuskoa, Jumalan valtakunta epäuskon aikana

Miten paljon uskoa olisi riittävä ihmiselle?

Jokainen terve motivoitunut nuori ihminen käyttää uskoa joka päivä, usko on ihmisen lapsen persoonan ominaisuus, se on jotain mikä tulee ihmisen sydämestä ja siihen liittyy halua, intoa, toivoa ja intohimoa. Se on positiivinen luova voima mikä antaa tuulta ihmisen elämän purjeeseen. Mutta on myös olemassa ihmisen tahto, ihmisen tahto usein istuu sille ohjaajan paikalle ja alkaa ohjata omaa elämää itsenäisesti sellaiseen suuntaan mikä on henkisesti vaarallinen suunta. Kolmas osa ihmisen ominaisuudesta on halut, kun ihminen on ajatteleva eläin niin sillä on myös eläimen halut. Se käyttäytyy samalla tavalla kuin eläimet kun se lisääntyy. Mutta muut luonnon eläimet eivät tee lisääntymisestä viihdettä, ainoastaan ihmiset tekevät lisääntymisestä viihdettä, ja ihminen kutsuu sitä viihdettä seksiksi. Ihminen myös poikkeaa suuresti muista eläimistä sillä tavoin että ihminen himoitsee nautintoja, nautintoja mitkä eivät ole luonnollista nautintoa kuin ruoka, lepo, yön unet. Ihminen ei aina ole tyytyväinen siihen että ihminen elää tervettä elämää ja nauttii luonnollisia nautintoja. Osa ihmisistä keksii aineita mitkä vaikuttavat ihmisen mieleen sillä tavalla että ihminen kokisi huikeita kokemuksia kemikaalien kautta. Saisi hyvän olon tunnetta epäluonnollisesti. Ne aineet ovat alkoholi, nikotiini, huume aineet, ja tieteelliset lääkkeet.

Saattaa olla että monelle elämä on mennyt niin monimutkaiseksi ja vaikeaksi että he etsivät lohdutusta alkoholista ja huume aineista. Sitten tulisi katsoa tarkkaan miten yhteyskunnassa suhtaudutaan perhe elämään? Millä perusteella ihmiset menevät naimisiin? Onko heillä aito elämän rakkaus suhde? Haluavatko he rakentavat perheen yhdessä ja kehittää tasapainoisen perhe elämän? Missä olisi lapsille hyvä ympäristö kasvaa ja kehittyä.

Mutta monelle kissa on karannut säkistä, ja juossut ulos ovesta, ja lähtenyt villin kissan tielle missä ei ole mitään lakeja mitä tulisi kunnioittaa, jos moraaliton elämä tuntuu kiehtovaa, niin se sitten tulee heidän elämälle kaikki kaikessa. He ovat antautuneet ja lähteneet hedonismi valtakunnan tielle, tie sinne on lavea ja vie nopealla vauhdilla alaspäin päin helvettiä.

Suomen kansallisfilosofi Snellman, Johan Vilhelm Snellman syntyi Ruotsissa, Tukholmassa 12.5.1806. Hänen isänsä oli merikapteeni. Lapsuuttaan Johan Vilhelm vietti Kokkolassa.

Johan Vilhelm oli iässä 8-vuotias, kun hänen äitinsä kuoli. Tämän vuoksi poika lähetettiin kouluun Ouluun, jossa hän asui tätinsä luona.

Suomen kansallisfilosofi Snellman

Johan (Juhana) Vilhelm Snellman (12. toukokuuta 1806 Tukholma, Ruotsi – 4. heinäkuuta 1881 Kirkkonummi, Suomen suuriruhtinaskunta) oli suomalainen filosofi, kirjailija,

Suomen kansallisfilosofi Snellman oli sen ajan kansan kulttuuri vaikuttava sanomalehtimies.

Snellman oli myös sanomalehtimies ja valtiomies, yksi vaikutusvaltaisimmista fennomaaneista 1800-luvun Suomessa. Hänen vaikutus Suomen kieleen oli merkittävä ja Suomen oma raha markka, käyttöönottossa. Johan Snellman pidetään Suomen kansallisfilosofina ja yhtenä tärkeimmistä kansan hengen herättäjistä.

Snellman vastusti venäläistä hallintoa. Hänen kerrotaan myös olleen omapäinen ja kiivasluontoinen. Kun hän toimi yliopiston opettajana, hän halusi itse johtaa ja päättää asioita, niin kuin mitä opiskelijoille tulisi opettaa.  Siitä syystä  Snellman joutui erimielisyyksiin yliopiston johtokunnan kanssa ja päätti erota tehtävistään.

Pääasia on täyttää velvollisuutensa ja tehdä työtä, mikäli voimat riittävät.  Paha päivä menee menojaan niin kuin hyväkin.”   -J. V. Snellman

Snellman syntyi Tukholman satamassa Patience-laivalla vuonna 1806. Hänen isänsä oli ruotsinkielinen pohjalaismerikapteeni Christian Henrik Snellman ja äitinsä Maria Magdalena (os. Röring). He asuivat Södermalmin kaupunginosassa, jossa asui myös muita merimiehiä ja heidän perheitään

Snellman aloitti opintonsa yksityisopetuksessa Kokkolassa.  Snellman siirtyi 16-vuotiaana Keisarilliseen Turun Akatemiaan. Samaan aikaan opinnot yliopistossa aloittivat myös häntä vanhemmat J. L. Runeberg ja Elias Lönnrot.  Hänen ystäväpiiriinsä kuuluivat myös Johan Kjemmer, Johan Jakob Nervander ja Fredrik Cygnaeus.[8] Turun akatemiaan opiskelijoiden keskuuteen oli syntynyt- Wikipedia.

Snellman opiskeli teologiaa sekä historiaa, kreikkaa, latinaa ja maailman kirjallisuutta sekä hieman myös fysiikkaa ja luonnontieteitä.[8] Snellman tovereineen tutustui Turun romantiikkaan liittyviin aatteisiin, mutta jättivät politikoinnin taka-alalle, koska Arwidsson oli erotettu virastaan vallankumouksellisten kirjoitustensa takia, eivätkä he halunneet samaa kohtaloa. Snellman sai Akatemiassa opiskellessaan pysyviä kansallisromanttisia vaikutteita, mutta romantikoista hän erosi siten, että häntä kiinnosti historian sijaan tulevaisuus sekä kansojen henkinen toiminta.

Suomen kansallisfilosofi Snellman opiskeli teologiaa

Snellman aikoi papiksi ja panosti teologiaan opinnoissaan. Tutkinnon suorittanut sai ammatin ja viran suhteellisen lyhyessä ajassa. Snellman ei voinut kuitenkaan ilmoittautua pappistutkintoon, koska hän ei ollut vielä saavuttanut vaadittua 22 vuoden ikää. Opettajansa J. J. Tengströmin vaikutuksesta hän vaihtoi pääaineekseen filosofian.

Vuonna 1839 Snellman lähti opiskelemaan Keski-Eurooppaan. Päämäärät alkoivat selkiintyä: hän halusi herättää suomalaisen kansallishengen. Vaikka sivistyneistö puhui ruotsia, hänen mielestään suomen kielestä olisi pitänyt tulla koulun ja virastojen kieli.

Snellman halusi myös edistää tavallisen kansan kouluttamista ja sivistämistä. Hän piti myös tärkeänä suomenkielisen kirjallisuuden julkaisemista sekä oman rahan saamista.

Johan Snellman palattuaan ulkomailta Suomeen Snellman oivalsi sen ajan kulttuurin ja hengen:

Etteivät hänen aatteensa miellyttäneet kaikkia – varsinkaan venäläisiä vallanpitäjiä. Häntä pidettiin jopa vaarallisena kiihkoilijana, eikä hän saanut enää virkaa yliopistossa.

Snellman rahoitti opintojaan toimimalla kotiopettajana ympäri Suomea. Hän sai kokemusta opettamisesta, seurapiirien tapakulttuurista sekä ravitsevaa ruokaa, johon opiskelijoilla ei välttämättä ollut varaa. Hän harrasti väittelyä, shakin peluuta ja huilun soittoa
